Working on Your Now and Women and Business Present:
Having a Meaningful Seat at the Table
We all have heard the expression, “Women want a seat at the table.” However, when women get their seat they need an impactful voice to go with it!
Join Chandra Russell, a certified Professional Coach and Career Coach who has extensive experience as a Life, Leadership and Career Coach/Strategist and as a Professional Development Facilitator. She partners with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and individuals to deliver targeted programs that focus on managing change, resume development, job-search strategies, and developing dynamic networking, interviewing, and salary negotiation skills. Ms. Russell is instrumental in motivating, empowering and preparing her clients, who are in an involuntary or voluntary career transition, for success in all stages of their job search as well as those who have decided to become entrepreneurs. Her passion for transition coaching and training developed when she was a Human Resources executive for AT&T who oversaw the company’s national force management/downsizing process.
Chandra will be giving strategies on how to:
1. Add value to your seat at the table
2. Navigate through career politics
3. Assemble your “personal” board of directors
4. Speak up and engage people to listen
